I am a freelance photographer based in the Manawatu, NZ. I seek to create work that is visually impactful, tells a story and serves to create interest.
At present the core of my work is based in the rural sector, with a focus on editorial work for magazines. I enjoy the challenge of tackling different assignments across a range of genre, culture and geography.
When time allows, I like to donate my skills to support special projects or ventures that are helping to make a positive difference in the world.
I developed robust and broad photography skills serving with the New Zealand Defence Force as a photographer specialist. You can see a small selection of some of my favourite images from my military portfolio here. I also like to write, produce abstract art, and brew beer with my neighbour.
